Originally my plan was to go back Japan Dec 15th, but I thought which is better to stay here or go home. If I go back Japan, I don't have class and have to work hard and just travel with my friend....... So I decided to stay here and study English more. I know here has terrible winter..., but I hope I could spend wonderful life here and have amazing experience!! I'm really looking forward to traveling LA and Boxing day too!!!!! Have a nice winter!! I will miss you all....

Ecotourism in Japan

I found this article
http://www.treehugger.com/corporate-responsibility/eco-tourism-in-japan.html

I didn't know there is ecoturism from 15 years ago and getting popular in Japan. Nowdays, there are many tourist in my city Nara because there are many temples. In Nara, we can't use car so many time because there aren't park for car and there are trains and station near the temples. So automatically they have to do ecotourism. Near my city, there are many place for sightseeing walking. Thanks to this article, I could know there is environment that we have to protect. Japan has very beautiful mountain. I want to expand the ecotourism idea to protect my country.

My Ecoturism Experience in India

I went to India to help building houses for homeless people for 2 weeks last winter.
When I went there, I must have lived like local people....
There is no clean water, there is no hot water, we can't use light enough, we don't have water toilet, we have to eat the meal that cooked by local people, and we lived in the house that we already built by ourselves...
Is it ecoturism??
I was surprised because there were many insects in the house...
I didn't wanna believe that we have to live there for 2 weeks...
However, I could learn many things from that experiense. The life of poor people, how difference between their life and our life...
I think ecoturism can help us to learn important things such as environment, different culture and so on.

Pen for Lady

At first, when I heard that name, I wasn't serprised because there is pen for girls in Japan. The name is not like this, but form and color are for girls. I think in Japan there are many kind of pens than in Canada. Girls like pen for girls because it's very cute!!! I think to make pens for girls is good idea in Japan. I don't know how other people think about my opinion. Just I wanna use cute item kkk

Gender roles

2. Do gender roles exist your country?
A) Yes, they do. To be honest, I agree to exist gender roles in my country, Japan. At first, God made both male and female, the most womanish is most beautiful and the most manish is most nice, I think so. I have learned so at home and school, and I don't disagree about this.

3. Do you see yourself as a typical man or woman?
A) Yes, I do. I think that I am a typical woman. I wanna be best wife for my husband and mother for my baby. Of course, I'm dreaming good career woman in my society. But, as I mentioned previously above, I think that the most womanish is most beautiful and the most manish is most nice.

5. What are the responsibilities of a mother?
A) I think a mother should give love her family. If she loves her family, she can do everything for her family. Actually, I recieve my mom's love and feel. I think it's the most important responsibility of a mom.

Halloween Day

To be honest, the most important reason why I wanted to study in North America is halloween day. There is not a holiday such as halloween in Japan. When I was a elemantary school student, I saw some magazine about halloween day, and I was surpring. This halloween day is not diappointed me. My custome was mini-mouse which is Walt Disney's mascort. Although because of my charactoristic that is shy, I wore a liitle bit simple, however, I could enjoy the halloween party. I was happy to see other people's custome. Especially, The custome of Seon who is Korean was very impressed because he wore Psy who is korean siger and sang 'Gangnam Stlye'. I uploaded many picture to my facebook, and my friends in Japan envied me.. I won't be able to forget this halloween party forever.

I really love playing basketball

I read many other student's blog. I confirmed many students like playing basketball. Seon, Cole, and Mana, etc. said 'I really love playing basketball^^'. I like it, too over enjoing. When I was junior high school student, I was player of the team, Blue Dragon, which is best team in our provance. My position was center. I played baskerball excluding eating, sleeping, studying time. Although my growth stopped because of trying basketball, I didn't regret to love playing basketball. My team tried with enthosiasm to win championship of our area. At result, my team, Blue Dragon became 1st team of our provance, Nara. I can't forget at that time. If I can control time, I wanna go back to that time. After 10years, If I will be mother, have children, and my children will want to be basketball player, I will be able to allow it.

About Fraud

When I read this article, I really feel sad.  Didn't  the man who pretended to a patient of cancer have a pain in his chest?? I can't believe his thinking... He must have pain in his chest. I always think that why do someone need to commit fraud. There are a lot of way to earn money. They should work hard.

Japan also has many frauds. When I was an elementary school student, teacher always said to us " Be careful about fraud." In bank, there are some phrase in  front of the machines like " Isn't it a fraud? Think carefully!!!" The past, there were many phone fraud in Japan. A con man say to old people on the phone " Hi mom!! Please help me. I had an accident. Please send money soon. "  I can't understand a con man's mind... I wish there will not be any fraud in my country.

About advertisement for tobacco.

In Japan there are few advertisement for tobacco. I don't know in detail because I'm not smoker.  So I searched about this topic.  Japanese gavanment regulates against the ad for tobacco. First, producer of tobacco has to write about health behind the box of tobacco.  It's like " tobacco is not good your health so don't smoke a lot. And they can't advertise on magazine for teenager, on TV and so on.  I agree with this situation because it is good for our health. If teenager saw the ad, they would be interested in tobacco and may want to try them. So I think the low is good and should be more strictly.
